When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays observed in the US).
How do I track my package?
Your package will ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority which include real-time tracking for free. Once your order is packaged and shipped you will receive your USPS tracking number via e-mail. You can also access the tracking number by logging in and selecting My Account > Order History and Details > Your Order. From there you can click on your tracking number to be taken to the USPS web site to track your package.
What should I do if there is a USPS delay?
USPS provides estimates for their First Class and Priority service but these are not guarantees (Priority Express is the only service that has a guaranteed delivery window). It is our experience that USPS rarely looses packages in transit and that delays are typically 2-3 days at some busy hubs usually due to bad weather or extreme delivery volume. If you experience an unusually long delay, please contact us or your local post office.
What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it?
First, check with everyone in your household and your neighbors. Larger packages may be dropped at the door and smaller packages may be delivered to a mailbox. If you are confident that the package is missing, contact your local post office. Your local post office can reach out to your mail carrier to determine where the package was delivered. You can also contact us and we can assist you with this process.
